This testimonial came from a Man to whom I hold in high regard for his strength, integrity and devotion to consistent evolution in the fitness arena.
"From my personal experience of the Kettlebell programme I am convinced of it’s benefits particularly in creating a physical competitive edge in most sports. In particular those sports that require explosive movement, core strength and stability. The movements combined with the flexibility of the program using the Kettlebells are the closest to emulating those movements of sporting activity that I have experienced. This programme comes with my highest recommendation along with my endorsement of Dean Jolly who is living proof of this programme. I believe if from an individual or team stand point you need to create a winning edge- this programme is a must, either as a complete system on its own or as an important component of an existing programme." Ken Maharey X NZRFU staff coach, X Manawatu NPC coach, X Taranaki NPC coach.
"I have been training with Dean for approx 3 – 4 months now and can strongly recommend Dean to anyone wanting to step up and get some real results from their training. In the time I have been training with Dean I have made huge increases in my strength and training ability and have blown all of my original goals away with ease. Dean has a wealth of experience and advice and is always more than willing to share and a great ability to motivate you through your workout, and the workouts I’ve been doing have had awesome results. My whole workout has stepped up to a higher level and with that in mind I would have no hesitation in recommending Dean to anyone wanting to get training or advice on training, nutrition or fitness of any kind." Gareth Duff. NZ
“Regular exercise has always been my downfall. Many times I have embarked on different fitness regimes only to find difficulty in maintaining enthusiasm and commitment. By employing Dean’s expertise I find my exercise now has purpose and is measurable. Although not always easy, I have gained an enormous amount of satisfaction and pride in my new found health and fitness.” Craig N. NZ
“When Dean Introduced me to Kettlebell training , I knew there was something special here, and after one session I have a new found respect for weight training. With the addition of his skills you cant help but to get stronger.” Shane NZ. General Strongman
“Going to the gym was a two hour affair, time I could utilise elsewhere so I purchased a multi-gym . Workouts soon became stale and I felt like there was no progress after a while . A work buddy put me onto online training; what I find so good about this is my workouts are constantly changing, the exercises are easy to follow. What I enjoy most is my workouts are adjusted according to my requests, on a busy week I can still get 20 minute full sessions and feel worked! Good exercises combo’s, progressive challenges that are changing me for good!……” Nick P. USA
“I have been training with Dean Jolly for the last two months. I decided to indulge in a personal trainer because as like many I found it very hard to motivate myself at the gym. I have found it to be money well spent, Dean is excellent at what he does and takes time to listen to your goals; he does his up-most to help you achieve them. The motivation and drive he brings to each session is in itself enough to really make you want to work hard. He makes each session fun with a varied range of exercises which keeps you interested and wanting to return. Dean has a way of making you feel at ease, and individualizing a program that suits your specific needs. My goal is to lose another 8 kgs and up my fitness level. I know the only way to achieve this is to continue my work with Dean and with his help I know my ultimate goals will become reality.” Shavaughn C. NZ
“Thanks for helping me with fitness programmes and all the ‘no gym required’ exercises. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a gym again as I have to say there is much to be said for exercises like a good old press-up. I am more toned now after exercises like these babies a little each day than pumping iron at the gym for hours!!” Hilary S. Scotland
“Because I lead a busy life I find P.T. sessions so much better as I feel that I don’t need to be at the gym everyday when I’m training harder and smarter. It is also a commitment you have to make to yourself as you have arranged a time to meet your trainer- a trainer with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I love it, I wouldn’t do it any other way.” Gaye, New Zealand
"Introducing kettlebells to my workout regime has really helped me on the basketball court. This year during the off season I wanted to increase my leg and lower body strength. I have found that just about all of the kettlebell exercises require a very strong base and good balance, both of which are vital in basketball. In my opinion, kettlebell squats give me more of a complete leg workout than traditional squats. Adding kettlebell swings, presses and two arm snatches to my workout really has given me more power and explosiveness while playing. I've noticed that these excercises are not only beneficial for just leg strength, as they provide a great total body workout. The main benefit that I notice on the court since I've started using the kettlebells is how quick and explosive my second and third jumps have become. It has added an extra dimension to my game to be able to jump and land and then re-jump quicker and more explosive than my opponent. I know that this has developed through the use of the kettlebells and really is one of many improvements that I have noticed." Link Abrams
"After having a shoulder injury two years ago, using conventional weights seemed to hinder the rehab of my shoulder and didn't allow me to regain the lost strength. After using kettlebells for 5 months, I have regained the strength and range of motion in my shoulders. The lifts which really allowed me to do this were kettlebell grinds (presses), kb swings (outside of the legs)and two arm snatches. In addition to the rehab of my shoulder, I have noticed that the kettlebells have really strengthened my core and my lower body." Darren Savage
"I have been training with Kettlebells for 3 months under tuition of Dean. In that time I have experienced instant benefits in strength, fat loss and tighter physique. While recovering from a shoulder injury I found that the Kbell has assisted greatly strengthening and stabilising the area. My background is within specialist squads in law enforcement and know that kettlebell training is a huge benefit in this role whereby being suited up in body armour, manouveuring over all sorts of terrain with your extra 20kg pack on. It helps too learning from someone such as Dean who is highly knowledgable and skilled in his craft, breaking the exercises down to the essentials and giving you what you need and why. I'm so convinced of the benefits I'm telling people." Name withheld New Zealand

"I found the Kettle bells to be a good, hard workout. Although I do weight training regularly I found the Kettle bells tougher due to more whole body usage. It worked my core, flexibility and over-all strength condition, can see it really helping my Kickboxing. I learnt a lot and will be using it all. Thankyou." Jason R. New Plymouth
"Very eye-opening experience. Just looking at Kettle bells you would think that there really isn't too much you can do with them.
